Upon agreement of purchase price and details, we will process the payment to you immediately. The payment will include confirmation of a free and clear title, which means that there are no outstanding loans or liens on the vehicle.

 

If there is a remaining balance on your car loan or lease, we will finalize the payoff and pay you the equity in the vehicle once we receive a lien release and a free and clear title. The length of time it takes to receive a lien release can vary depending on your lender, but once it’s obtained, you’ll receive payment for the equity in your car.

 

Overall, the payment processing time will depend on the specifics of your situation and the length of time it takes to obtain a lien release and free and clear title. However, our policy is to process payment as soon as the deal is funded, so you can expect to receive your payment promptly once all necessary paperwork is complete.

Typically, we will provide you with a company check as payment. This is a common and secure method of payment that allows you to receive your payment promptly and without any additional fees.

 

In certain circumstances, such as if you need to receive payment quickly or if you have a preference for electronic funds transfer, we may also be able to wire funds directly to your bank account.

If you have a remaining balance on your car loan or financing, we will process the payoff on your behalf. If there is equity remaining after the payoff is processed, we will process the equity payment to you upon receiving a free and clear title and a lien release. 

 

However, if the vehicle does not have equity, we will process the payoff upon receiving the negative equity and picking up the vehicle from you. This means that you may owe money on the vehicle after the sale is completed. 

 

It’s important to note that the specific details of how the payoff will be processed may vary depending on each individual sale. It’s best to discuss your situation with us ahead of time to ensure that you have a clear understanding of how the process will work and what your options are. 

If your car is currently under a lease contract, you can still sell it to us. However, in order to complete the sale, we would need to process a buyout on the lease contract. This means that we would need to call the lender and find out the details of the lease in order to process and proceed with the buyout. 

 

The specific details of how the buyout will be processed may vary depending on the lender’s policies and procedures, as well as your individual circumstances. It’s important to discuss your situation with us ahead of time to ensure that we can accommodate your needs and provide you with a fair and reasonable offer for your leased vehicle. 

 

Overall, while selling a leased vehicle can be more complex than selling a vehicle that is owned outright, it is still possible to do so with the help of a us the dealer who is experienced in handling these types of transactions. 

Once the sale process is completed between us, we will typically arrange for proper enclosed transport to pick up the vehicle.

 

Before the transport is scheduled, we will inform you ahead of time to make arrangements for the pickup. This may include coordinating a time and location for the transport to take place, as well as providing any necessary information or documentation related to the vehicle. 

Typically, being we are a boutique dealership we prefer to hand-pick vehicles that are in clean and clear condition, meaning they are free of significant damage or bodywork needs. However, we may still consider buying vehicles with dents or other cosmetic issues if you provide full disclosure about the condition of the vehicle. 

 

It’s important to note that the value of a vehicle can be significantly impacted by any visible damage or issues, so it’s likely that we would take this into consideration when making an offer. Additionally, depending on the severity of the damage, we may pass on the vehicle.
